Code Enforcement

Code Enforcement is a division of the Community Development Services Department.
Code Enforcement staff investigates complaints regarding violations of City of Pacific ordinances related to land use and zoning, building, property maintenance, junk automobiles, residential parking violations, signs, and unlicensed businesses. 

Code enforcement actions are taken in response to requests for action received from citizens.

To file a complaint, please complete the Citizen Complaint Form and submit by email, mail, or in person in order to initiate the code enforcement action.

For an efficient and streamlined complaint process, Citizen Complaints are accepted through our online portal SmartGov as well.
