Sewer Utility Rates:
Residential
Single family residences, manufactured homes, mobile homes: $101.75 for each residential unit. This base rate is comprised of two separate sewer rates; $55.11 goes to King County for sewer treatment and $46.64 goes to the City for operation and maintenance, cost of the systems, pump stations, ect.
Non-Residential and Multiple Residential
Charges will be based on water usage as determined by water meter readings with a basic unit price of $101.75 charged for the first 700 cubic feet of water consumption. Fractions of cubic feet over 700 will be charged at $16.15 per 100 cubic feet. A minimum of $101.75 will be charged for non-residential use.
