PLANNING DIVISION
The Planning Division works on immediate planning activities as well as long-range planning, such as comprehensive plan changes and public meetings to support public policy decisions, and current planning activities including environmental and land use decisions. PERMITS & FORMS
The Community Development Department issues permits for all types of development within the City. Online applications can be submitted by following the instructions on our online permitting page, or by visiting our online permit center.BUSINESS LICENSING
Our low license fees are as follows: $50 for all businesses located outside of the City of Pacific. For businesses located within the city limits, fees range from $50 to $150.
